FHE Rally at the Capitol

Make a difference by joining home educators from across

the state of Missouri at FHE's annual Rally at the Capitol.

FHE's Rally allows home educators to:

• Hear from and meet our own registered lobbyist and legislators.

• Express our appreciation to legislators who are supportive of home education.

• Build good will between home educators and their legislators by giving legislators a "face" to put on home education issues.

• Ask for continued support of home education.

• Present a unified front with the legislature.

• Learn about the current status of legislative bills that could affect home education.

• Set the stage to be better prepared in case of another legislative "emergency."

TeenPact Leadership School -- Missouri 2010

Training up the next generation of godly men and women.

Inspiring youth to pursue truth and righteousness.

Developing a passion for citizen ship and justice.

For the 8th year in Missouri, TeenPact Leadership School will be conducting their nationally acclaimed Government and Leadership class at the capital in Jefferson City - March 1-5, 2010.

Using a variety of hands-on experiences, student will learn about their state government from doing things like actually debating bills, meeting legislators, viewing the chambers, interviewing lobbyists, taking prayer walks and freshening up their public speaking skills. Students will also be challenged by the TeenPact staff and the guest speakers to be young people committed to being an effective, godly generation of Biblical leaders.

This week long experience is one of intentional education and encouragement, all designed to inspire young people with a passion for citizenship and justice.
